Help me! Does anoyone know where I can find a full transcript of 'The Princess And The Pear"? Or even a partial transcript or list of quotes?

I am making some artwork from the episode, focusing on Fisher and Valerie. I really want to use quite a large quote from Fisher, where he talks about their "relationship". I think its the part when he is explaining the Pear to Cam...

I have tried IMDB and all the major sites that have episode transcripts, but 'The Princess And The Pear' transcripts have not been posted yet.
