Do you think that if Voldemort was just Tom Riddle (Just an ordinary dark wizard, but still as powerful as he is) would Bellatrix still love him?

If he was still basically Voldemort, just as hot as he was in COS, then DEFINITELY!
But if he was powerful, but not impressive/commanding/menacing etc, then no.

But from what you're saying, you're implying that he'd be the same, just hot. So I would say hell yeah, I mean, Bella DID love him for his power.
