Death Eater Roleplay Question

What song do you think best fits Slytherins? (based on their typical personalities and such)

Okay so I think Slytherins adore partying...So I'd the best son for that house is Sorry For Party Rocking by LMFAO X) Look it up if you like LMFAO, it's a great song.

I dunno....I think Slytherins are all different, with maybe a few inherent similar traits.
Just because they're knows as the badasses doesn't necessarily mean they're all partiers....

I mean, I've taken numerous Sorting Hat Quizzes, and I was sorted into Slytherin on Pottermore, and I don't party......granted, I'm not popular enough to get invited to parties, but I hate really loud music, I can't dance, I'm against drinking, and I hate being mashed into a crowd, especially when combined with aforementioned things.

Anyways, a song for Slytherins, hmmmm......

Maybe some of those self-empowerment songs? You know, Born This Way, Firework, Raise Your Glass, etc., since Slytherins are generally looked at as being bad, and it's really not their fault, they were just "Born That Way"....as in, born Slytherins. And not all Slytherins are bad.....I think I already said that, actually.....

For any Slytherins who are into Partying though, I'd say maybe something like "Crazy Beautiful Life", by Ke$ha....all about getting the most out of life, life's good, etc.

Maybe in general I'd go for something about secrets, about having parts of yourself hidden, since Slytherins are complex....what you see of them is just the tip of the iceberg, though I don't know any specific songs like that.

I left a comment below and I wanted to see if it fit with your idea of Slytherins since you would be a second perspective

I"m kind of scared to listen to that song, since Party Rock Anthem and Sexy and I Know it both made my ears bleed.....is this one better?

Well if you hated the others, don't listen to it. Bravery, however, could shock you.

As a Slytherin myself, I know that there are multiple different kinds of Slytherins.
Self-confidence is a trait that we often get told is one out our strengths, but it is really just a front. Most Slytherins are insecure in their own success- which is why they drive themselves.
Here are a couple great songs:
Castle by Halsey
Control by Halsey
Champion by Chipmunk
I Get Wicked by Thousand Foot Krutch
This is War by Thirty Seconds to Mars
Shatter Me Featuring Lzzy Hale by Lindsey Sterling
Fight by All Good Things
Unknown by Imagine Dragons
Demons by Imagine Dragons
Hall of Fame by The Script
I'll Be Good by James Young
Nothing by The Script
Heathens by Twenty One Pilots
Bleeding Out by Imagine Dragons
Smoke and Mirrors by Imagine Dragons

Sometimes it is fun to put on that front of carelessness (even though we often care the most), so Slytyerins might get a kick out of these:
Heartbreaker by Marina and the Diamonds
Toxic by Britney Spears
Billionaire (feat. Bruno Mars) by Travie McCoy
'Till I Collapse by Eminem
That's Not My Name by The Ting Tings

Here are some others which you all can categorize:
Friction by Imagine Dragons
The Fall by Imagine Dragons
Thief by Imagine Dragons
This is Gospel by Panic! At the Disco
Firewall by Les Friction
Uprising by Muse
Warriors by Imagine Dragons
Superheroes by The Script
The Pretender by Foo Fighters
The Sound of Silence by Simon & Garfunkel

(I got most of these from the user hogwartshouses on Spotify, so there are more on there)
