According to some reliable sources (DetektivConan-News), Detective Conan File 741 will feature a case with the police, more development between Inspector Shiratori and Kobayashi Sensei, and maybe even something romantic involving Inspector Chiba (ooh la la! ;)).
The file was released to Shonen Sunday July 11 after Aoyama Gosho took a small break from the series to gather data.
The file is expected to be released later today in English subs by DCTP, and will be available on our manga site.
