what happens when we all forget about twilight?

I don't think we ever will.
We will always remeber Twilight, just like
we all remeber Harry Potter.
We'll just be a little less obsessed.

I don't think I'll ever forget the Twilight Series. I discovered Twilight when I was messed up. Twilight made me feel light, young and giddy. I learned from Carlisle that you could always rise above from any situation no matter how dark or bleak it is. Esme's loyalty and love for her family touched me and made me realize the importance of my family. Emmett taught me to see humor in everything about life. Rosalie made me realize that beauty is not the most important thing in this world. Jasper sensitivity and charm is something I wish to have over time. Alice's personality thought me that you could be bubbly and cheery as well as tough. Jacob taught me to persevere and fight for the things or person I love. Bella thought me that sometimes you could just be so darn lucky and find the love of your life. And of course, Edward Cullen has opened my eyes that if a guy really loves you he would be...well, just like Edward Cullen - willing to give or do anything for you. The Twilight Series touched my life and I don't think I would ever forget.

well i`m 19 years old and i still cry every time i see the lion king and to this day it`s still one of my favourite movies just like harry potter and so many more.if you really love something i don`t think you forget about it completely. i know that when i have kids im going to read the twilight saga to them and remember how much i got excited with everything that had to do with twilight. and when i`m old i`ll look back and remember it as one of the things that made me happy when i was a kid.

well the true fans will always hold a piece of it in their hearts and even when we are old we will remember chasing after silver volvos screaming "BITE ME" (Mercedes S55 AMG for me)the majority of us probably will forget about it someday but the true fans will never forget (Carlisle's SEXINESS)!

I don't think that I'll ever forget. I read the books before they became so popular and they've always stuck with me through the years. It was a bit hard to fuel the obsession at first, but my room was (and still is!) covered with quotes from the books, and fan art. I've even printed out my favorite fan fiction and bound it to have on my bookshelf.

True fans who don't just love it because it's popular will not forget. I'll look back years from now and still smile at the memory of the great romance and the happiness that it gave me. And I have a feeling that I'll always keep my books to reread and enjoy, and one day, pass on.

I think we'll never forget about twilight. As adults, we'll all might have the movies, so we can show our children what Twilight was like for us. All of the characters might have taught us something. like me...
Edward showed me that sometimes when you're over-protected, it just might be for the safety of the person you love the most.
Esme showed me that you can be and look like a fragile and sweet thing, but there just might be a side of you can can Un-leash once-in-a-while when it comes to your family.
Carlsie showed me that even if you are something horrible like a vampire, that can't stop you from reaching your dreams
Alice showed me that you can be as graceful as a butterfly, but you can be as strong as a lion
Rose also showed me that beauty isn't everything and that being self-centered can't get you anything or anywhere
Jasper showed me that even if you're the silent type, by yourself, you can be a beast within
Emmett showed me that even if you look big and strong you can be the biggest teddy-bear yet
and Bella showed me you can't stop believing in what you dream for.
in other words.
we'll all have twilight locked in our hearts. even when we're like in our 80's or 90's we'll say to your grandchildren, "i still remember twilight. and I will forever..."

We'll remember how much we loved Esme and become obsessed again

Well from my view, i will never forget about Twilight. When i really like or love something, its always in the back of my head. So honey the league of the TWILIGHTERS will be up forever :D

I changed my viewpoint, I don't think I will ever forget about Twilight even after the craze dies down. Also very sorry about the answer I made earlier, I know it was very rude and stupid, but I was fed up by the whole world and I took it out on this fanpage. I also didn't even think about how obsessed you guys might be over Twilight and Edward and all. In fact at the time I didn't even realize it was possible to become so addicted to one character until I found a character to be addicted to and while he isn't even close to a vampire or a Twilight guy, he helped me realize how obsessed a person can be over a certain thing. Once again sorry that I was rude.

I don't think we will ever forget Twilight. I personally will always be freakishly obsessed with the entire series. True fans will imbed Twilight in their hearts. Thank you to Stephenie's sister for encouraging her to publish Twilight.

Face it we the REAL fans who are completely obsessed will never forget any thing Twilight related and at the rate the movies are going we should be good to go until at least2011!!!!!!!!!!!!! And how could anyone ever forget how hot edward is i mean seriously that should be crime!

I agree with everyone else (partially).
it's hard to forget something you really like. sure, now we're obssessed. but i don't think that when I'm forty years old I'm going to scream every time i see a picture of robert pattinson. or talk with my coworkers going "omg my favorite part of BD was when they were on the island...". or reread the series for the hundreth time and still cry when edward leaves (which i never did, but anyways)
so yes, we won't forget. it'll still stay in our head. but we won't stay stuck on twilight. we will move on, just face it. it's life...

It's pretty hard to forget about something we have all obsessed over for some time.
I read Twilight in 2005 and i'm as obsessed now as i was then. so that's 4 years so far, if i haven't gone off it yet i don't think i will anytime soon, especially with the upcoming releases of all the films! :D

Right now, right here, I will sincerely promise on Edward Cullen's name (and I can't promise higher than that) never to forget him. Ever. Maybe the world will, someday... Right now this big phenomenon may just become something the next generation will laugh at, like Elvis Presley, or flares. But then - they still aren't forgotten, are they?

I would never ever forget Twilight. It changed my life completely. I got my old friends back ( a mean girl convinced them to forget about me last year, now we have sleepovers every weekend). I have something to talk about, because me and my bffs LOVE twilight. Edward, Emmett, Jasper,and Carlisle gave me a model for my boyfriend, which didn't match up to my current bf AT ALL, and it gave me the courage to end the relationship that had destroyed me. It gave me inspiration to write a book ( its not about vampires). I GAVE ME HOPE THAT LIFE CAN BE GOOD, AND THAT LOVE IS EVERYTHING, AND THAT A MAN CAN BE PERFECT :)))) Team Carlisle!
