Grilling Question
What do you do when grilling a skewer to make sure that it cooks evenly?
When grilling a skewer, I often encounter this problem. The meat, vegetables and fungi cook nicely on one side, but flipping the skewer doesn't cook the other side, as the meat, vegetables and fungi all rotate on the skewer so that the heavier, cooked side remains down. There's got to be a way to grill them evenly without resorting to barbecue. How do you manage it?
