Can I have a definition of Hapa please?

To be a Hapa do you have to be of different two or more ethnic backgrounds or can you be considered a Hapa if your parents are different nationalities. You seeone of my parents is british and the other is Australian. I have dual citizenship. Does this make me Hapa (because that would be so cool!)
