Dropping The Babies Off
The darkness fell over the old city as another day has passed. In the distance, beyond where no one could see,an old man in robes w talked down the crooked street. He seemed very busy and concentrated. When he was in the middle of the path,he took a silver machine about the size of a baseball. He clicked it several times, making the street lights disappear.
Once he finished,he heard a small meow from a tabby cat that sat at his feet. "I should have expected you to be here. Professor McGonagall.",He smiled. The tabby c as t suddenly transformed into an old woman. About the same age as the man. "Good evening,Professor Dumbledore.",she greeted, bowing her head. "The twins?" "Harris is bringing them.",was his current reply before walking further down the road.
McGonagall quickly caught up with him and asked worriedly,"AIbus,do you think it is wise to trust Hagrid with a mission as important as this?" "Ah McGonagall,I would trust Hagrid with my life." Right after he finished that sentence,a honking was heard. The two turned to see a giant man riding what Iooked Iike to be a flying motorcycle. He landed softly and gave a big grin.
"Professor McGonagall. Professor Dumbledore, sir." His voice was rather friendly. He was holding two babies in his hands. One with a scar on his forehead, and the other on her cheek. They were both wrapped in blankets. He handed one to Dumbledore and the other to McGonagall. Dumbledore had a huge smile on his face. He led the two people towards a white colored house. He laid the baby he had in his hands on the doorstep and waited for McGonagall to do the same. Both of them heard sniffling behind them and turned to see Hagrid silently sobbing into his jacket sleeve.
"There, there,Hagrid. It's not really good-bye after all.",Dumbledore assured him. Hagrid just nodded. McGonagall immediately turned to him before he could say anything else. "Are you sure we should leave them with these people? I've watched them all day. They're the worst kind of muggles imaginable!" "Their only family." The old woman closed her eyes and sighed deeply. Dumbledore took out a small envelope and set it.on one of the babies. "Good luck,Harry and Astrid Potter.",He whispered.

What is it with all of the comparison typed content all over the internet between Twilight and Harry Potter?
Well I suppose they can be compared by their levels of success--but not really--harry potter is on another level.
And as a story, it's like comparing a coloring book to a good novel. Apples and oranges people.
In Harry Potter JK Rowling creates a whole other universe for readers to lose themselves in. Stephanie Meyer on the other hand has just slapped together a barely readable teenage fantasy.
RL. Stines Goosebumps books are more engagnig that Twilight for Pete's sake.
I have watched one of the Twilight movies and didn't find it enjoyable at all. What is so enjoyable about watching an ungrateful teenage protagonist that does little more than moan and complain? Nothing.

I admire the concept of magic from my very childhood. When i was 10 years old i came across the first book of harry potter. and soon i fell in love with the leading character harry. it was not until the age of 12 that i watched the movie. both the book and the movie has applied magic on me and the most exciting psrt of the series is the connection between harry and voldemort. these mind blowing adventurous series has won my heart unlike any other book. Its my pleasure to join the fanpop and show myself as a fan of harry potter. this is the first time i have been able to express my viwes on this hilarious book
thank u fanpop
i love harry potter

I'll make this short but why did the movies do this. In the books Padma Patil was a ravenclaw while in the movies she was gryfindor. Now just like how Harry's eyes are green in the book and blue in the movie (yes I know Dan cant wear the contacts) but it is , in my opinion ANNOYING! Whats with all these stuff ups?
I mean in deathly hallows part one Harry was himself not barry. I mean WTF? Also in Prisoner of Azkaban in the quidditch match, cedric caught the snitch as Harry fell. But in the movies he got struck by lightning.
Obviously someone else in the world thinks that the movies stuff ups a little annoying. Does anyone agree/disagree i want to hear. (Please dont be offensive though and have ago at my intelligence, its happened before and quite annoying)also I know the movies are great so dont think i hate them.
