Lately, through picks and forums I have noticed that a lot of people prefer the Cho/Harry pairing over the Ginny/Harry pairing. They have provided some pretty good reasons as to why they like Cho and Harry but I don't know... something about them just seems off. Don't take this the wrong way, I am not a Cho "hater" and I have no problem with Cho/Harry shippers. I just wanted to take some time and explain my reasoning...
1) Sure, Harry got butterflies in his stomach when her saw Cho[ Before Sirius' death] but after every date they had together Harry always ended up more miserable than he already was. A good example would be Valentines day in Hogsmeade.
2)Speaking of Valentines day,
Cho: "Oh, you'll talk to Hermione Granger! But you won't talk to me! P-perhaps it would be best if we just...just p-paid and you went and met up with Hermione G-Granger, like you obviously want to!"
Cho always seemed to be jealous of Harry and Hermione's relationship. In fact, there were multiple arguments about Hermione...
Cho: "That was a really horrible trick of Hermione Granger's. She should've told us she'd jinxed that list - "
Harry: "I think it was a brilliant idea."
Cho: "Oh yes, I forgot - of course, if it was darling Hermione's idea -"
Harry: "Don't start crying again."
3)Even after Marietta told Umbridge about the DA, Cho still stood behind her and said that she was a good friend. Harry completely disagreed with her and I think that this is when the relationship really began to break apart. Not only that, I don't think that Harry would get along with Cho's popular girl friends who seem to be nothing like any of Harry's closest friends.
4)Cho got over Harry very quickly. Not long after the battle in the Ministry, Cho was already dating Ginny's ex-boyfriend Michael Corner who decided to comfort Cho after the last quidditch match of the year.
5)Not only did Cho get over Harry quickly, Harry got over Cho.
Ron: "You’re well out of it, mate. I mean, she’s quite good-looking and all that, but you want someone a bit more cheerful."
Harry: "She’s probably cheerful enough with someone else."
Seperately, Cho and Harry are great but I don't like them together. This doesn't mean that I'm a Harry/Ginny shipper I just think that some couples are magic (haha, no pun intended) and some just are not meant to be.

Hello! This is my first story. Enjoy.
I looked out at the water, making ripples with my hand. A magic school was on my way.
"Get back inside, your list's here!" my dad called from the house. He was the The God of the Sea, Poseidon.
I went back inside and picked up a paper, and it read:
Dear Percy Jackson,
You have a place in the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please go to The Leaky Cauldron, then to Diagon Alley to get your school things. The train leaves Sep, 1st, at 11:00am, from Platform 9 and 3 quarters.
See you at Hogwarts,
Headmaster Albus Dumbledore
An list is below:
From there was a list of things. I looked up. Time went by fast...
part 2 coming later. See ya!
