Voldemort has no remorse for what he done. There is a possiblity that he does not know right from wrong. The way he was raised may have something to do with this.
He knew other people didn't agree with it, but he followed through with it because he believed his quest to be justifiable, and the extermination of muggles and mudbloods to be ultimately beneficial.
With that in mind, he also appears to be a sociopath, so whether or not he 'knows' something is wrong, he is apathetic regarding the feelings of others and the consequences.
But I'm relatively sure his slogan was 'morality is subjective'. lol
He must have known it 'intellectually' i.e. be aware that his actions hurt others and are considered wrong, whether he knew it 'emotionally' i.e. instinctively felt the difference between right and wrong is doubtful.
