Well, my theory is, he had a portkey in waiting, and a simulacrim to replace himself after the trio left and he was portkeyed away to a place of Albus' choosing. There, he's being healed and seeing a psychiatrist who's magic is to null everyone around her, so she can help Severus deal with his PTSD till he finds out Hermione has gotten amically divorced from Ron......from there they just happen to run into each other one day.....and the story progresses....LOL

Severus Snape was born on January the nineth of the year 1960 and died by cause of fatal blood loss to the Carotid artery via two deep puncture wounds from Lord Voldemort's Pet Snake/Horcrux Nagini He was murdered on the second of May of the year 1998 at age thirty-eight and has henceforth been known as the Slytherin that "died like a Gryffindor".
