What character is this? Anyone know?

Okay. I have this Birz strip where suddenly, a character new to me appeared. Apparently she's African, and pretty good friends with Seychelles. That was all I found mentioned, however. I have heard that a Madagaskar was made recently, but I have no idea if this is her. Anyone here know who this is?

Yeah, I did the same until I saw that the hair is slightly different. The design for Indonesia has more wavy hair than her. Thank you!
