What is your favorite survival horror game?

What is your favorite survival horror game,it could be old or new,and explain why you like it.
Belive it or not my favorite survival horror game is Haunting ground(known as demento in japan).
It has a good story,and for a game made in 2005 very good graphics I like it.It was one of the first survival horror game i played
