Who else thinks Claudia Salinger got jipped out of the storyline in season 4????

Okay, she was only 14 (a kid!!!), her oldest brother got cancer and he (including everyone in the family) started treating her and Owen like crap majority of the season!!! Then he got better and all of a sudden everyone is all smiley and rosey like nothing happened, that DOES NOT make sense!!!
