One thing you must always remember is the treble clef line is obviously the melody and is played with your right. It also is usually what a singer would be following as well. a good way to remember the notes is Every Good Boy Deserves Fudge

Try playing just the melody or just the harmony at first till you get used to it then add both. Its not too confusing once you get used to it trust me.
Another thing that could help is learning pitches with your ears as well. A finely trained ear can always help you. Especially if you know the song.
