How old do you think Rosalina is?

it all comes down to if she is Imortal. She says she visits her gateway galaxy every 100 years. Now obviously no one can live that long and look soo good. its either shes imortal, or the whole traveling at the speed of light causes time to move super slow thing. What do you think?
