Angel: Delineated as the winged messengers of god. Guardians of his creations. Creator of Nephilim.

Demon: Inter-dimentional beings. Destroyer. Hell’s denizens. Servants of Satan. Created by Lilith’s blood.

Faerie: The fair folk. Downworlders. Cunning beings of angel and demon blood. Fallen angels, cast out of heaven for their pride.

Mundane: Ordinary. Normal. Reside in the human world.

Werewolf: Downworlders. Children of the moon. Lyncathropes. Enhanced physical strength.

Vampire: Downworlders. The children of the night. Enhanced predatorial nature. Ability to shape shift.

Warlock: Lilith’s children. Immortal offspring of demons and mundane. Magical abilities.

Shadow hunter: Nephilim. Half angel, half human. Beings of immense power. Strong enough to protect the world in a war against evil. A war that can never be won, but must always be fought…

Phoenix slipped into the Academy, she looked around to see if the coast was clear. Then she tip toed up to the library and put her weapons on the table. She pinched her nose in disgust, as she stared at the blood covered blade. Suddenly, she heard movement from behind her. She turned around to find Isobelle standing there, looking exhausted. (I'll add her character later). "What's up?" Phoenix asked her. "You need to help me, somethings stirring in the woods." She panted. Phoenix rolled her eyes, picked up her weapons and followed Isobelle out of the Academy.

Xiline was sitting on a tree branch in the forest, she swung her legs back and forth while making a chain of flowers she collected from all over the forest earlier while she had been on her daily walk. She smiled and hummed to herself while she continued to make the flower chain longer and longer.

Kat left the apartment where her dad was lazying around on the couch watching sports. Her brother left the house with her. They parted there ways though as her brother was a mundane and went to ordinary high school while Kat went to the Rosain Diner. A diner for Downworlders and Shadow hunters. She was a waitress and sometimes helped in the kitchen.

"Suuunnnllliiiggghhhttt..." Onyx groaned and pulled her covers over her head, trying to block out the light streaming through the curtains she had forgotten to close the previous night. True, she wasn't a vamp, but she really wasn't fond of early morning light.
