Well... i have a tough time forgiving myself but i know that if i don't, i won't be able to move on and become a better runner. Plus my coach helps me to become confident. The more confident you produce a waaaay better performance if you move on and promise yourself that your next run will be your best. Every runner has good days and bad days... even champion olympians. Once you accept that, you forgive yourself ALOT easier. And yes, no matter how horrible your last run was, you should continue to run daily, because that is the only way you will improve. I'm done preaching now! :-) LOL

It's really hard to forgive myself when I have bad runs. I just remind myself that there will always be bad runs. But then there will also always be good ones. (:

Yeah, I'm pretty good at forgiving myself for a bad run. I'll be mad at myself, but then I think "Hey, at least I got off my ass and WENT for a run, even if it wasn't one of my best," and then I usually feel better.
And I don't run daily, I go every other day.
