Why, when all the kryptonians were sent away in the season 9 finale was Kara not one of them?

I was just wondering if I missed something where they explained it, becuause it was said that the Book of Rao would send away all Kryptonians. And in the season 9 finale it did, the only reason Clark wasn't sent away was because he had blue kryptonite in him, so how did Kara end up staying on earth??

easiest answer is sloppy writing, that they were hoping we would have forgotten about her. if you want to give them the benefit of the doubt, then maybe we're to believe that she was on another planet at the time. but anyways, you didn't miss anything.
