I know this is lame but how do you make a fansite area.Like how can I make one for,say,Helen Hunt or The Patriot?

Obviously you know this has nothing to do with Smallville! You should post this under the fanpop club spot! Anyway if you want to make fan clubs here that doesn't already exist than go to the main page on fanpop and click create a club!
