What different "races" are there in The Legend of Zelda? And what kind is Link and Zelda/Tetra

There are Zora, Fish like people. Gorons, they eat rocks. Kokiri, they live in the forest and never grow old. Hyrulians, they are the main class or race, this is what Link and Zelda are. There are Gerudo, or desert thieves. This is in OoT. In TP, its alot of the same, but no Kokiri or Gerudos. There are Twili, the people who live in the twight. The Ordanian, people who live just to the south of Hyrule, they dont have the pointed ears so they are not Hylainan. In WW, There are the decedents of all of these. Kokorits, there like little leaves. I just due a blank on the name of the bird people, but they are descended from the Zora. That about covers it.

Link and Zelda(tetra) are Hylian. The other races are Gorons, Zoras, Kokiri, and Gerudos.
