Is the site Parsimonous.org safe?

I mean, will i probably get troubles or bugs if i download it? And explain me well what i have to do to download it. And i saw that ppl who has that has a little different graphic? If i dont like it then can i disinstall it? Thanks to anybody who answer

Maybe it was only a my impression! XD So u confirm graphic doesnt change? And how much stuff do i get?

custom skin combined with custom hair. if you don't like it, you can uninstall it, just delete the file that has that particula hair/skin tone.
