Help? On my Sims 3, everything I did has been deleted! My houses, families, everything, and I have no clue what happened or how to fix it. Does anybody know?

Don't worry that had happened to mine twice and i got mad and angry (all the precious belongings). i guess you just have to start over. Who knows maybe it might come back. :/

This also happend to me twice i guess its just a glitch and u just have to start again or use cheats to get u where u were
