Avatar and the Hurt Locker were both fighting for the 6 oscars they were fighting for! Avatar got three and so did The Hurt Locker! They tied! Well, go figure! lol! Avatar and Hurt Locker were in the lead for the oscars and surprised many people with the tie. Precious was expected to win the most awards but some things are not all as they seem.
